Mr. Feldman is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, and in 1998, was admitted and qualified before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Feldman enjoyed a successful management career in the retail home furnishings industry. He wore many hats for Furniture Unlimited in Quakertown, PA, including Sales Manager, Store Manager, Merchandise Buyer and Vice President of Operations. In 1990, at age 28, Mr. Feldman surprised his family, friends and co-workers by walking away from the retail furniture business.
Having already achieved many of his financial and personal goals, Mr. Feldman decided to challenge himself academically and professionally by enrolling in law school.
On the day that he passed the bar exam in November, 1993, Mr. Feldman signed a lease for office space and “hung out his shingle” in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He has remained in the vicinity of the Bucks County Courthouse for the past twenty-four years and has successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Feldman was a part of Bucks County legal history when in 1996, in his very first jury trial, Mr. Feldman managed to select Judge Michael Kane as one of his jurors. As reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer, no sitting Judge had ever served on a jury before.
Mr. Feldman is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service Committee. Since 2014, he has been the Editor of its quarterly magazine, “The Writs” and since 2016, has served on the Bucks County Bar Association Board of Directors.
